Ex Councilor files complaint vs Puericulture over property lease

Former  Councilor Atty. Abelardo “Tonggo” Climaco  with a  companion will file a  formall complaint against one officials in the Zamboanga Puericulture Center  in this city .

This came after,  a  fast food outlet opened to the public on na property  leased by the center.

Climaco told newsmen that   Puericulture Center is a government property

In pursuant to Proclamation Decree NO. 121  issued by the late President  Ramon Magsaysay.

Climaco  said some officials in the center will have to answer for this "anomaly,"

He also questioned the issuance of a business property for the food outlet located in puericulture property or lot.

Cliamco will also include some offices at ity hall who helped secure the business permit for the outlet.. (Letty M. Militante )
