Gas slip employee dismayed in cases

ZAMBOANGA CITY (ZNS) –The one in charge in the release of gas slips for the city councilors and vice mayor to secure diesel for their vehicles is disappointed at the turn of events regarding the discrepancy.

"Damage has been done ," thus said Maria Socorro Duremdes  who was in charge in the releasing of gas slip at the City Council.

She said that none of those who received gas slips from her went to settle the excess consumption of fuel taken at the Canelar Shell Station this city.

Duremdez declined to elaborate on those who surpassed the fuel allocations allotted to them but said she will explain at the proper time.

"Preparao yo " Duremdez said in a radio interview.

"Iyo nuay kulpa ali, Nuay yo saca para di mio personal. Nuay yo falsifica , " Duremdes said.

She said she already consulted with Vice Mayor Cesar Iturralde about the gasoline onsumption excess and that the owner was already collecting the payments .

However, Itturalde said and told her that " mira kita Bing  kosa kita pwede ase."

Duremdez said that the Councilors knew that they are already in excess in the use of the gas slips but that they continue to claim the slips saying that they will be the one to pay.

Duremdez further said that the period where she was the one who released the gasoline slip was during the year 2008,2009 and up to the middle of 2010 where she was replaced by one of  Vice Mayor Itturalde’s staff.
